As a Video Production Associate Intern with the New York Islanders, I have contributed throughout the entire video production process, from creating long-form and short-form content for social platforms to producing video features for in-arena video boards and broadcast-adjacent platforms. Serving as both videographer and assistant editor for the Islander's docuseries On the Island, I helped capture, organize, and craft exclusive footage that deepened fan connection and extended the club's digital reach — from filming candid, documentary-style moments to shaping the story in the edit. It was a rewarding chance to blend cinematic storytelling with the fast-paced world of pro sports content.
Producing short-form content for the New York Islanders' social platforms, I focused on fast-paced, trend-aware edits designed to stop the scroll — several pieces surpassed 500k+ views. The work centered on distilling bigger stories into quick, high-impact moments that grew the club's digital presence and kept fans engaged in real time.
Working on community-focused video projects for the New York Islanders, I helped tell more personal, human stories — capturing genuine moments with players, alumni, and community members through in-depth interviews and documentary-style storytelling. This work brought a deeper, more meaningful layer to the club's presence, connecting fans to the people behind the organization.

ON THE ISLAND
Filmed and edited this short-form documentary highlighting a community playground build led by the Islanders Children’s Foundation in partnership with the YMCA and KABOOM!. Designed by kids and built by the Isles organization, the piece focuses on youth wellbeing and the importance of creating spaces that support both physical and mental growth. Through candid moments, dynamic event coverage, and purposeful pacing, the video captures the impact of community-driven initiatives on the next generation.
